How can you ORDER?
Just follow this SIMPLE STEPS


Step 1
Please fill up the
INQUIRY or ORDER form


Step 2
Expect a reply regarding your orders/inquiry within 1-2 days.
We will send the job order confirmation with complete info of your order.
If you do not hear from us within 3 days please pm me at my yahoo messenger





Step 3
We will start the layout upon receipt of scanned or faxed deposit slip.
(see terms of payment)
(If both are not available just email us the date, name of bank and amount that
you deposited.)



Step 4 Password for your JOB ORDER STATUS will be emailed to you once we finished the initial layout. (approximately 2-5 days depending on the extent of design)



Step 5
Complete the Approval form
(changes on spellings or proceed to printing)


Step 6 Please make the additional deposit for us to start printing (see terms of payment)

Step 7
The items will be ready for pickup
(see pickup points) or will be shipped and we will email you the TRACKING NUMBER



PHOTO TIPS


Here are some Do's and Don'ts that will give you the best result for your photo and make your kids birthday invitation, souvenir or tarpaulin the best it can be.




















DO'sDON'Ts
1.Use a digital camera that has a resolution setting
of at least 3 mega pixels.

Make sure your camera setting is on the highest resolution possible.



Choose Photos that are sharp, clear and not blurry. Sometimes if you
have the camera too close to the subject, the digital camera will not
focus properly.


Just send us the final photos that will be used for your kids birthday
invitation, souvenir or tarpaulin. This helps us come up with a good
design that you'll like.



Email us the photos using ATTACH FILE, not ATTACH PHOTO. Most email
programs will shrink the file down if you select attach photo. The photo
file should be between 800k and 3MB in size.





If ordering one of the full-length designs like this one.
Orientation of the photo should be portrait instead of landscape so the
baby's entire body is in the photo. You don't have to zoom in super
close to the baby. We can adjust the photo and make it bigger if needed.




1. Don't take photos that are against the light



2. Don't place the subject in a room that has poor lighting,



this will result to grainy and poor photo





3. Don't crop or adjust your photo before sending it to us. We will
take care of editing the photo properly.





4. Don't send thumbnails, preview or compressed version of your photo.




If you like to see the actual items, albums etc.


You can visit our studio from Mondays to Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm. It's better if you call us first just to make sure that I won't be out of the office when you visit :) Sorry but we don't do meet ups. We are usually busy throughout the day but we will gladly entertain you in our studio :)

How can you get your ORDERS


VIA COURIER

- Through LBC - within Philippines (1-3 days)


- Through DHL - outside Philippines (2-3 days)

- Through EMS - outside Philippines (3-5 days)

- Through STANDARD REGISTERED AIRMAIL - outside Philippines (3-4 WEEKS)

If the status of your order is "DISPATCHED" Expect it within 24 to 48 Hours. We do offer international shipping to countries serviced by DHL and EMS. Charges are based on weight and destination.


How does the PAYMENT goes?




1st deposit - 500 per product (per invites, tarp
etc. this will be deducted from your total bill)



2nd deposit - 50% of total bill to start
printing.



3rd deposit - remaining balance or full payment
before delivery if via courier or upon pickup of items.

Can Changes be made on the intial layout?


Our basic rule is up to two revisions only. We will be giving you a secured page
where all your order, account details and layouts will be available for online viewing. If you found a mistake on spellings or details of your order

PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY (447-6077 or 3513825)
so we can discuss if
we can still make the change. Basically our rule is as long as we haven't
started the printing, we can still make revisions on spellings and other
details.

We encourage our customer to fully review all the spellings
and details of the initial layout before you give us a go signal through the
approval form to produce your order. Once we produced your orders no revisions
can be made, their will be an additional charge if you want it reprinted.



Order
Cancellation

The deposit of P500 is non refundable. If
order has already been printed you will be charged full price of order.



CAN OUR
STUDIO make a DESIGN and you'll do the PRINTING YOURSELVES?

Yes we can make the design that you like, email you the high resolution file ready for printing. Email us your requirements, size and type of design you like at info@nextgen.ph for a price quotation.



CAN OUR
STUDIO PRINT or RING BIND your OWN DESIGN?


Yes we can print your own design of invites, guestbook or calendar and we can
print it or have it binded.
